Circuit Workout For Fat Loss and Muscle Gain

If you don’t have 100 yards to work with, no worries! All you really need is about 20 yards of space (preferably on grass or turf) to work with.

 

Horrible Hundred

  1. Bear Crawl – 20 yards
  2. Alligator Walk – 20 yards
  3. Skier Hops – 20 yards
  4. Plank Walk – 20 yards
  5. Twisting Sumo Squats – 20 yards
  • Sprint back – 100 yards

Total Distance Covered = 200 yards

REPEAT 3-5 TIMES

*Rest for about 90 seconds in between each round.

Turn 20 Yards Into 100!

If you don’t have 100 yards to work with, no worries! All you really need is about 20 yards of space (preferably on grass or turf) to work with.

In this case, you would cover the 100 yards as if you are running wind sprints. Start with Bear Crawls for 20 yards and then turn around to do your Alligator Crawl for 20 yards going back.

Repeat each exercise going back and forth over the 20 yard distance until you have completed all 5 exercises.

After completing all each exercise, run 5 wind sprints over that same distance to cover 100 yards.
