Full Body Sprint Interval Workout. Push yourself to your physical limit and force your body to work against you with this grueling, fat-shredding/muscle-building workout. This full body sprint interval workout features 5 rounds with 5 different types of push-ups, 30 crunches and 100 total yards of sprinting in each round.

Round 1

  1. 10 clapping push-ups >Modify with regular push-ups
  2. Sprint 50 yards
  3. 30 regular crunches
  4. Sprint 50 yards
