HIIT Jump Workouts

Tuck Jump

  1. Jump up using your arms as leverage and bring your knees up to your chest.
  2. Repeat as quick as possible 10 times.
  3. Sprint 100 yards immediately following your 10th

REPEAT x 10

Lunge Jump

Lunge Jump

 

  1. Jump off of both feet into a lunge with one leg forward.
  2. Immediately jump off of the ground and switch legs landing with the opposite leg forward.
  3. Perform 20 jumps without stopping.
  4. Sprint 100 yards.

REPEAT x 10

Squat Jacks

  1. Begin in a standard squat position.
  2. Quickly bring both feet together while staying in a squatting position.
  3. Immediately move both feet back out to the standard squat position.
  4. Perform 20 complete reps as quick as possible without stopping.
  5. Sprint 100 yards.

REPEAT x 10

Ninja Jump

  1. Begin on your knees and use your arms as leverage to jump up onto your feet.
  2. Immediately jump up into the air and perform a tuck jump, bringing your knees to your chest.
  3. After landing on both feet, drop down to both knees and repeat starting from step 1.
  4. Perform 10 ninja jumps.
  5. Sprint 100 yards.

REPEAT x 10

Double Squat Jump

  1. Begin standing straight up and bend your knees to jump up while simultaneously moving your legs out to a squatting position.
  2. Once you have landed in a standard squatting position, jump back up and bring your legs back together so that your legs and feet are side by side.
  3. Immediately Squat down with your legs and feet side by side instead of out in a standard squatting position.
  4. Jump back up and repeat starting from step 1.
  5. Perform the double squat jump 10 times.
  6. Sprint 100 yards.

REPEAT x 10

Add Jumps to your Tabata Workout
