Medicine Ball Cardio Training

Medicine Ball Relay

Most medicine ball relays are done in teams competing against each other with 1 person completing their run at a time until each member of the team has gone. Running with a medicine ball not only brings the challenge of your workout to a much more intense and extreme level, it also forces your legs to work more than they typically would because you are holding the ball with both hands instead of pumping your arms.

Add the Elevation Training Mask 2.0 to your workout to simulate different levels of altitude, making for the ultimate training session.
