Warning – This is a very high intensity, full body workout that should always be taken serious and approached with caution. Don’t overlook it just because you are doing it from home. Be sure that you are hydrated, stretched out and loose before performing this workout.
- 1 elevation training mask (optional)
- 1 medicine ball
- 1 exercise mat
Step by Step Garage Workout
*Use medicine ball for exercises 2-6
*Repeat all 6 exercises 5 times with 1-2 minutes of rest in between each round and only 10-15 seconds of rest in between each set.
*Following your completion of the 5th and final round, perform 100 jumping jacks.
- Jumping jacks x 50
- Alternating pushups x 20
- Diamond pushups x 15-20
- Shoulder press toss x 30
- Jack knife crunches x 30
- Russian Twist x 50
