  • Sprint 20 yards while holding the medicine ball with both hands.
  • Drop the medicine ball at the 20 yard mark, turn and run back to the starting point.
  • Turn and run back to the 20 yard mark.
  • Pick up the medicine ball and run back to the starting point.
  • Repeat 2-3 rounds for 1 set.
  • Side shuffle for 20 yards while holding the Valeo Fitness ball with both hands.
  • Drop the medicine ball at the 20 yard mark, turn and run back to the starting point.
  • Turn and run back to the 20 yard mark.
  • Pick up the medicine ball and side shuffle facing the opposite direction back to the starting point.
  • Repeat 2-3 rounds for 1 set.

  • Reverse Overhead Throw – Squat down while holding the Valeo Fitness Ball and up over your head, behind your body as far as you can.
  • Run to the ball, pick it up and repeat the same throw.
  • Repeat 4-8 times for 1 set.
  • Chest Pass – Squat down while holding the Valeo Fitness Ball and throw the ball forward from your chest area.
  • Run to the ball, pick it up and repeat the same throw.
  • Repeat 4-8 times for 1 set.
  • Chest Pass On Knees – Start on your knees and perform a regular chest pass.
  • Fall forward as you release the ball so that your body falls forward and your hands fall flat on the ground.
  • Get up, run to the ball, pick it up and repeat the same throw.
  • Repeat 4-8 times for 1 set.
